Based in Sunshine Coast, Queensland – Elke Lucas has set up her ceramics studio in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Australia where she makes wheel thrown, high-fired porcelain. The decoration is minimal, using natural oxides, which allows the elegant shapes and the quality of the porcelain body to shine through resulting in items that have a natural sophistication and a beautiful quiet presence.
